i heart sunday because sunday is the day where me and dear will go swimming at cck sports complex for a few hours.. after which we will proceed to bukit panjang plaza for dinner.. and then we will always go into this pet shop and go ooh and ahh at the cute dogs and bunnies.. haha.. my fav is the cocker spaniel while dear's is the husky

basically this had been our routine for the past 2 months' sundays.. nothing great but simplicity is always the best..
what better ways to spend your sundays lazing around if you do not have money to go shopping or if u wish to avoid the crowds in town

dear and i always play cheat when we buy the entrance fees for swimming.. haha we always buy children fare! adult fare costs $2 each.. buying children fare means we save $2 la.. $2 plus 1 more dollar can buy a bowl of bak chor mee leh
and we always patronise the sports complex.. take it as we give discounts on our own.. haha

i went ICA this afternoon to get my passport renewed.. IRAS granted me half-day leave.. i thought i will be stuck down there for eons since so many pple alighted at lavendar and most headed in the ICA direction..
it's prolly been 10 years since i stepped into that building.. and was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd and the unfamiliarity of the place.. but renew passport luckily second level.. made my way there and searched for the right queue...

so they had 2 queues and 1 waiting area which formed another queue.. of the 2 queues.. 1 was to take an application queue number and the other was for renewing or applying passports.. and im not sure if i shd take the queue no. first or just join the renewal queue directly.. but the application queue no. line was long so i just went for the renewal one.. i was second in line.. luckily dont need to take queue no. first.. so the person gave me a form and asked me to fill it up.. go to level 1 and pay thru' nets or cashcard..

i was like wah.. self-service ar.. i rem 10 yrs ago.. must take queue number then sit at the waiting area there.. then when it's ur turn.. u go to a small counter where u fill up the form in front of them.. and then the officer will scan ur photo and load it on the computer screen and ask me if im satisfied with the photo.. now 10 years later.. they have learned to be more efficient... everything self-service

the whole process only took me.. like 25 mins? after which i just dropped it into the deposit box and off i go.. totally efficient.. and i only have to wait 3 working days to get my new passport.. unlike some other govt agency.. need 3 to 4 weeks for processing.. u know the one that starts with "I" and ends with "S".. is that so obvious? haha

i had this f21 black tee that says "i love my bf" and dear was ecstatic when he saw it.. and he wanted one that says "i love my gf" but outside stores do not sell it

so i went to make one for him.. but first i had to get my own white tee.. coz the person doing the stenciling does not supply tees..
gio had plain ones in assorted colors.. but i wasnt sure of the sizing.. i mean i know dear is local size M sometimes S but i wanted the tee to fit nicely and all.. so i bullshited to him tt my bro needs to buy a white tee but i wasnt sure of the size, thus he must try out for him.. and dear believed! haha.. luckily i asked him to try.. coz the tee i bought was XS! cutting so big..

the end product..! love it loads yea.. i had a real headache choosing the font.. finally settled on this particular font coz it looks funky and cute..

dearie bought me to the prata house at upper thomson road after work today.. it's been eons since i tasted prata.. moreover i dont really like the curry as i had some bad experience before..
the shop looks pretty conventional.. coffeeshop la actually.. according to dear.. certain mediacorp artistes frequent this prata house

i always eat a hell lot when im with him.. what's new.. we ordered 2 plains, 2 egg with cheese, 1 mushroom cheese, 1 chicken murtabak, 1 icecream prata.. simply more than enough for the 2 of us.. super full.. until i feel like vomiting.. the pratas they sell is so much better than the ones at jalan kayu.. the curry tastes gd too.. pratas are totally cripsy.. not like those nua nua soggy ones u see at most coffeeshops

1 gd thing when dining with dearie is that i can eat my hearts' content, enjoy all the food and not be afraid of getting fat or showing my bloated stomach after that coz he totally doesnt give a damn HAA.. but i still do not want to get fat.. which gal wana grow fat and chubby?

tml suntec midnight sales.. im up for it! gonna get my FANCL essentials.. at 20% off.. chiong ar!

anyhow i just recovered from "attention headache" that's what the doc called it.. 2 days MC.. felt reluctant to go bk to work this morning.. and i realized i really put on weight.. shit.. all those sittings after lunch has made my paunch bigger~!
